Technician Explained What Has Caused The Issue, Fixed The Issue.
I have been with another company for almost 12 years, but the last six visits I had they could not pin point the problem, and fix the issue, so they recommended the unit to be replaced. I contacted JC & JC, the technician explained what has caused the issue, fixed the issue and charged me accordingly. I also had first time customer discount ($40.00), which was deducted from my bill.
